For one day only - a thrilling performance inside the Young Vic and out on The Cut.

Led by Brazilian and British artists from London and by Spectaculu of Rio de Janeiro, over 100 community members from Lambeth and Southwark join a small professional cast for a performance of song and dance.

Every summer Brazilians come together to celebrate traditional stories of love and desire in exuberant competitions of theatre, dance and music. In June, the Young Vic and People’s Palace Projects sponsored a prize in the Acre region of Rio Branco. Now were doing our own version of a Brazilian tradition, Lambeth style. In a promenade performance, inside and out, the myths, heroes and legends of Brazil come to life.
